About Us
Adeola Adejobi is the CEO of Advena Capital Group, a real estate development firm committed to building affordable and attainable housing while advancing equitable urban development. With over a decade of experience in real estate law and development, Adeola brings a deep understanding of both the legal and practical dimensions of affordable housing projects.
In addition to leading Advena Capital Group, Adeola is an accomplished real estate transactions attorney, where she has managed and overseen a wide range of complex legal matters, including public-private financing structures, regulatory agreements, and the implementation of housing programs. Her extensive legal experience has equipped her with the expertise to navigate the multifaceted challenges of real estate development with precision and foresight.
Driven by a passion for equity and community empowerment, Adeola is dedicated to addressing the housing needs of underserved populations through sustainable and inclusive development. Her work is rooted in creating long-term impact—empowering communities, fostering economic mobility, and reimagining the built environment to serve everyone.
Through Advena Capital Group, she continues to lead innovative development projects that reflect her vision of inclusive growth and housing justice.
Adeola received her B.A. in Political Science with a minor in Comparative Women’s Studies from Spelman College. She obtained her law degree from Cornell Law School with a specialization in International Legal Affairs.
